The Alicante club’s next “Original Club” will be headlined by the world’s most influential techno artist. The sold out line-up is expected to be repeated with Amelie Lens, Agents of Time, Jennifer Cardini, Milo Spykers and many more, following the undisputed success of its reopening.
The next full Metro Dance Club event will take place on Sunday 5 December (from 5pm). The first visit of a total artist like Amelie Lens will be accompanied by a programme full of hard-hitting techno, colourful sounds and a lot of quality in all its booths.
After a reopening in which music and passion flooded the different rooms of the electronic temple, all its followers will be able to relive the ecstasy of emotions and great sessions with the already mythical “Original Club”, a thematic session that appeals to the roots that saw the myth of the Bigastro chalet grow.
Without a doubt, the confirmation of Belgian artist Amelie Lens can be compared to the visits of big names such as Richie Hawtin, Nina Kraviz or Solomun, world-class talents who are recognised both inside and outside the electronic genre.
Considered a new generation artist who has conquered all and sundry, crossing the barrier between the underground underground and the sky of fame, reaching a transcendental sound across several generations of clubbers from all corners of the globe.
The Agents of Time duo, guilty of rocking the Living Room in the past, the relentless personality of Jennifer Cardini (Mobilee, Kompakt, Module…) and the new blood of Milo Spykers will be joined by friends of the club such as K-Style b2b Carlos Perez, Anna Nova, Hektor Legion, Luca Fabiani or Moebb, alias under which hides a well-known teacher of Metro Dance School.
Residents Álvaro Escudero, Ángel Sarabia, Dubpaper, Jesús Ortega, Irregular Live, Kuki Cristina, Nhitto and Novakk, with a special mention for the return of Carlos Agraz after not appearing at the reopening.
The event will feature the operation of Metro Dance Club’s four indoor rooms, more than 12 hours of music and a meticulous risk management protocol consisting of reinforcements in cleaning, disinfection and bringing forward the opening of the venue to avoid crowds, as well as other measures such as the reduction of capacity. The terrace area called Urbanfood will be open from 13h for those who want to enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere.
As every year, Metro Dance Club will open its doors to celebrate its NYE parties on 31 December and “Uno+de la familia” on 5 January. Those who supported the club through crowdfunding at the beginning of the season will be guaranteed entry to the latter. More details will be announced soon.
Although advance tickets have sold out, it is expected that a few tickets will be on sale at the box office on the day of the event.
