To close this month of presentations at MOAI PRO, we have two big names from the national scene. It is a great pleasure to welcome Andre Vicenzzo and Ivan Pica to our ecosystem. We are sure that their incorporation will bring us synergies and collaborations and will be fundamental for the expansion of MOAI Ecosystem.
Although André Vicenzzo has Italian and Basque blood running through his veins, he was born in Chile in 1975 and moved to Tarragona when he was 8 years old. In his more than 20 years of career he has played in many clubs all over the world such as Ministry Of sound and Fire (London), Club One (Buenos Aires), Discotheque & Icon Club (Moscow), Piso 30 and Carnival (Colombia), La Rocca (Belgium), Moa-Club (Switzerland), Matilda Fashion (Italy), B.U.M.P. (Holland), Toto-Loco (France)… And prestigious Spanish ones like Amnesia, Space, El Divino, Bora-Bora, La Plage… (Ibiza), Razzmatazz, Lokotron, Merci, D-Mix, Souvenir, Row 14, Colors of Sound, Pacha, Gloobal (Barcelona), Fabrik, Space of Sound (Madrid), Zul , New Guass (Basque Country…) Pacha La Pineda (Tarragona)… He has also been part of the line-up of festivals such as Matinée Summer Festival, or its winter edition Winter Edition, White Party Mallorca, La Masia Summer Festival or Sunlife Festival…
All this experience behind the decks has given him the opportunity to share the booth with electronic music greats such as Valentino Kanzyani, Troy Pierce, Cristian Varela, Axwell, Marco Carola, Richie Hawtin and Luciano. In January 2009 he joined the promoter Matinée Group, being resident in their different rooms and sessions, coinciding with his first nominations in the Deejaymags and Dj Oners awards. Precisely two years later he won the award for best dj in the capital of Barcelona at the Living Barcelona Dj Awards. As a producer he began his career in 2002, and it is in his maturity when he manages to publish on labels as prestigious as Toolroom or Glasgow Underground, along with his great friend Daniel Trim. He is a collaborator in the management of Matinée Music’s sub-label, Matinée Music B-Side (Tech-Matinée) and has also released his tracks on labels such as Juicy Trax, Goanche Records, Tretmuehle records, Low Blow records, Hugh Recordings, Candyloop Recordings, House Works, Housepark, Marfil Recordings, Matinée Recodings, Usual Records, Tarraco Recordings…
He has mixed different compilations of the prestigious promoter Matinée Group as well as his productions have been included in the compilations of important promoters such as Lokotron, Bora-Bora Ibiza, Dome Ibiza or Space Barcelona among others… and his work has been supported by artists such as Pete Tong, Hernan Cataneo, Nick & Danny Chatelain or Armin Van Buuren among other great electronic artists…
In 2016, André Vicenzzo (in a continuous evolution, and already being a teacher for some time in the prestigious Plastic Barcelona academy), sets up his own academy and branch of Plastic in the province of Tarragona. Likewise, this 2016, together with his great friend and partner, Coqui Selection, they join forces giving rise to a new formation: COQUI + VICENZZO.
Their energetic and cheerful style makes their sessions a musical journey suitable for all audiences but not without quality.
House and Tech-House make up his sets loaded with an incessant groove and an intensity that won’t let you stop dancing for a moment.
As a radio broadcaster he spent 2 years on the air with his partner Xikket with the weekly program “VX Tárraco Electrónica” on Loca Fm Catalunya. Previously he also collaborated in Flaix FM.
Currently he combines his facet as a teacher in Plastic Tarragona as well as the realization of different “Masterclass” in Plastic Barcelona along with different performances around the peninsula and is working with his partners Carlos Dominguez & Ethian Guerrero preparing the imminent release of his new record label “Vidogue Records”.

Ivan Pica joins the MOAI PRO project within MOAI Ecosystem. Iván is more than an artist. Throughout his long career, he has worked as a musician, DJ, producer, record label manager and, especially in his latest professional stage, as a creator and programmer of events. Proof of this is his recent appointment as head of events at NuBel, the restaurant and multidisciplinary space located in the Reina Sofía Museum of Modern Art in Madrid.
For all these reasons, Iván Pica is going to be a fundamental part of MOAI PRO’s European and Asian expansion, working alongside Luis Bonias, our Global PRO Manager.
Ivan Pica has shown his talent around the world and acting for the best clubs and trademarks over 45 countries…(Space Ibiza, El Row, Space of Sound, Ministry of Sound, Cafe Olé, Pacha, and many festivals around the globe …), accompanied by the more representative deejays of the current electronic scene ( Marco Carola, Matthias Tanzman, Tiësto, David Guetta, Carl Cox, Fedde Legrand, Roger Sanchez, Erick Morillo, John Acquaviva and list endless…)
He has also shared the main stage with international artist like Kanye West, Shakira or Sugababes.
Internationally, Ivan Pica, is considered one of the most influential music producers in the market. He has worked for labels such as Toolroom, 303Lovers, Kinetica, AltraModa, There was Jack, Defected, Deeperfect, Natura Viva, Spinnin, Starlight, Stereo, Urbana, Pornostar, Younan Music, Transmit Rec.. among others, Collabs with some artist as: Eddie Amador, Chus & Ceballos, Marco Lys, Joe T Vanelli, Amo and Navas, Greg Cerrone, Peter Gelderblom, Simone Vitullo, Federico Scavo, Manuel de la Mare, Luigi Rocca, Rene Amesz, Wally Lopez, Roger Sanchez, Saeed Younan, Dj Boris, Joeski, and many more.
His Radio Show “Basic Music” its broadcasted on 15 countries in FM and more than 50 on line stations. Now is focus on his Discoland Radio Show broadcasted in Isla 106 Owner of 3 labels, Bilingual Records (Awared as Best New Commer Label) Automatica and Sunset records. CEO and Promoter with Flashback themed parties in the 80s and Ibiza Lokura, best pool parties during the Ibiza season. He was the first Spanish producer to reach the TOP 1 of House genere in the website Beatport.com (world leader in electronic music sales) with his track “Freak”, winner this year 2011 with the Deejaymag to national production with most downloads in this website, and the Dj Oner for Best Tech-House Production. Ivan Pica, awarded for more than 5 consecutive years in several categories in the ceremonies Deejaymags awards electronic music (provided by Deejay magazine) and Dj Oners (provided by DJ Magazine 1 Magazine), has finally received the award for Best Tech-House DJ for the second consecutive year by DJ 1 Magazine.
