The protest call for the brutal murder of George Floyd by the Minneapolis police was widely followed by the electronic music industry.

Platforms like Beatport donated all proceeds from sales last June 2 to the NAACP. The digital download and transmission service released a statement yesterday, explaining why they are doing it.
